Dionne

Dionne's life in physical fitness began with cross country and track in junior high school. In later years she added weight lifting training, martial arts and yoga. While living in Maryland in 2006, she attended a pole fitness class with a friend and became hooked with her first spin. A few months later, she started teaching classes and taught for over a year before realizing her dream of moving to Colorado. Since there were no local studios, she set up her pole in the basement and started inviting friends over to try it out. In addition to teaching in Maryland, she has also completed Instructor Certification in Las Vegas with Fawnia Dietrich, one of the founding members in the pole fitness industry. Dionne had considered opening a studio since moving to Colorado in 2008, and finally decided in October to just go for it and bring the art and enjoyment of pole fitness to the ladies of Parker!

Jilian

Jilian's background in dance started as soon as she could walk! Trained in both Theatre and Dance from the University of Northern Colorado, Jilian spends her days teaching Middle and High School students about her passion, The Performing Arts. She has taught dance in both private and public settings for the past 10 years and prides herself in making women feel sexy and fit while in her classes. The addition of the art of pole in Jilian's repertoire is a natural progression of her love of fitness and dance. Come to one of Jilian's classes and you will leave feeling energized and beautiful!

Diane

Diane's background in fitness involves yoga, martial arts and mountain biking. She thought she was the last person who would want to try pole, but quickly learned what a fun and challenging workout it is. She has been training with Dionne since last year and promises to bring a lot of energy and excitement to her classes.

Chris

Chris' background includes all types of dance. She has been involved with dance for 16 years and instructing dance classes for the past six. She recently completed an internship with Metropolitan State College and training at Cleo Parker Dance for the past three years. She is constantly expanding her dance experience and genres. Pole has been an exciting and exhilarating experience that she loves to share with others. Chris' classes are upbeat as well as challenging. With her dancing experience she enjoys incorporating a short routine into her classes.

Lauren

Lauren's background in fitness involves yoga, pilates and various sports throughout high school. She has always loved dancing and even worked as a go-go dancer for a short period of time. She had always wanted to try pole fitness and was instantly hooked after her first class. Lauren uses her dance background to create exciting workouts in her chair classes, and loves incorporating yoga and flexibility in the Stretch-N-Pole class.
