All classes are 55 minutes in length.

Pole Instruction Class (PIC)
Registration is recommended. Class is limited to 14 students.
These are instructor-led classes, organized as workshops. Students will learn new moves, holds, spins and tricks. The classes begin with
a warmup, followed by new material instruction, incorporating those moves into a routine, and then stretching and cooldown.

Pole Fitness Class (PFC)
These are partially instructor-led classes, where students practice the moves learned during Instruction classes. The classes begin
with a warmup, followed by strength exercises for upper body, core and leg muscles, practice time, performing a routine and then
stretching and cooldown. Routines in this class may be instructor-led, class participation style, or individual free style.

Pole Dance Class (PDC)
Uses tricks and spins learned in instruction and fitness classes and incorporates them into choreographed dance routines on the pole.

Chair Floor Class (CFC)
This class adds a sexy twist to pilates and yoga moves that will definitely change how you think about chairs! We'll target that dreaded middle zone of abs, thighs and bootys, working toward a slimmer waistline, firmer body parts and increased flexibility! This class features a monthly choreographed routine song.

Stretch-N-Pole (SNP)
A more mellow class, based on yoga stretches and toning exercises, combined with fun and sexy pole routine moves!

Sexy Fit Class (SFC)
A fusion of sexy dance moves and an upbeat cardio workout, focusing on hips and core and creating fluidity in the body. Sexy Fit will allow you to move in ways you never imagined and bring out the sensual side of you! If you have a desire to get an amazing workout while having fun and feeling sexy, this is the class for you!

Chair/Pole Combo (CMB)
Can't decide if you like chair or pole better? Then do them both!
|
Pole Play (PLY)
Open pole time for students to work on skills on their own. Recommended for students who have taken several pole classes.
