About Our Classes

All classes are 55 minutes in length.
Recommended Attire:

  • Pole classes: Shorts and tshirts, bare feet or heels with ankle straps
  • Chairlates: Yoga mat, shorts or yoga pants, heels with ankle straps, sneakers or bare feet
  • Zumba: Shorts, sneakers or bare feet
  • Yoga: Yoga mat, shorts or yoga pants, bare feet
  • Booty Camp: Shorts and tshirts, bare feet or sneakers

Pole Introduction Workshop

Level: Beginner, 90 minutes

Registration is Required. Class is limited to 12 students. The Intro workshop is for brand new pole students! In this 90 minute workshop, you will learn basic strengthening moves, fundamental body form and beginner moves and transistions that are incorporated into a class routine. After completing the workshop, students will be eligible to attend the Pole Divas classes. Students who wish to take the workshop more than once will receive a discount after the first attendance.

Pole Divas

Level: Up to Intermediate

Registration is recommended. Class is limited to 12 students. Students who have completed our Pole Introduction Workshop, or have taken pole classes at another studio can move on to the Divas class. In this class, we continue learning pole basics, including spins, climbs, and transitions around the pole. The class begins with a warm up, followed by some basic strengthening moves to target upper body, core and leg muscles. Students then work on pole technique and incorporate moves into a mini routine. Free time is also given during the class to allow students to practice their favorites!

Pole Vixens

Level: Intermediate to Advanced

Registration is recommended. Class is limited to 12 students. The Vixens class is for students who have mastered the basic pole spins and techniques and are ready for more challenging spins, tricks and inversions! This class also includes the warm up and strengthening exercises. More challenging routines are incorporated, and some may even be choreographed. Students will also be encouraged to lead routines. Free time is also given during the class to allow students to practice their favorites!

Pole Trix & Play

Level: All Levels (except first time students)

This class has an open format, and is for students who are comfortable practicing pole skills and tricks with limited supervision. This class is not designed for a first time pole student, but Diva level students are more than welcome to come practice their spins and transitions in this class!

Pole Play

Level: All Levels (except first time students)

This time is for students to practice tricks and moves on their own. An instructor will be present for questions but no class will be held. Pole play is only $5 per session, and FREE for our members!

Chairlates

Level: All Levels

This class adds a sexy twist to Pilates and yoga moves that will definitely change how you think about chairs! We'll target that dreaded middle zone of abs, thighs and bootys, working toward a slimmer waistline, firmer body parts and increased flexibility! This class features moves both on the chair and floor, and also includes chair dance routines.

Combolicious

Level: All Levels

For students who want a little bit of both worlds in one class! This class includes a stretching warmup and chair exercises, followed by some pole time!

Booty Camp

Level: All Levels

Are you ready for your best burn ever? This class features a twist on your typical Boot Camp style workouts! Blending military style drills, Yoga, chair and pole exercises, you will definitely feel this workout for several days!

Belly Dancing

Level: All Levels

In this class you will learn to break down the traditional movements of belly dance into easy, specific isolations of different muscle groups. These isolations, along with a number of stretches, will increase your coordination, flexibility and grace.

Yoga

Level: All Levels

Yoga is a form of exericise that uses slow movements and stretching and is good for increasing flexibility and balance. You are sure to feel more relaxed and less stress after Yoga!

ZUMBA

Level: All Levels

Are you looking for a high cardio, dance party atmosphere? You'll forget you're working out with the sexy but simple moves to latin flavored dance music. Best of all, you don't need any previous dance experience! ZUMBA is a fun workout, using interval training combining fast and slow rhythms for an effective aerobic workout while targeting your legs, abs, glutes and arms.
