About Our Team

  Dionne, Owner and Instructor

  Dionne's life in physical fitness began with cross country and track in junior high school. In later years she added weight lifting training, martial arts and yoga. While living in Maryland in 2006, she attended a pole fitness class with a friend and became hooked with her first spin. A few months later, she started teaching classes and taught for over a year before realizing her dream of moving to Colorado. In addition to teaching in Maryland, she has also completed Instructor Certification in Las Vegas with Fawnia Dietrich, one of the founding members in the pole fitness industry. After trying out a studio in Denver, she decided that Parker needed a pole playground of its own and Mile High Pole Club was born!

  Lauren, Studio Manager and Instructor

  Lauren's background in fitness involves yoga, pilates and various sports throughout high school. She has always loved dancing and even worked as a go-go dancer for a short period of time. She had always wanted to try pole fitness and was instantly hooked after her first class. Lauren has finally returned to us from almost a year in Costa Rica where she did volunteer work and furthered her study of yoga techniques. She uses her dance background to create exciting workouts in her chair classes, and loves incorporating the pole in her yoga class. Lauren has over five years of retail management experience that she is using to help make Mile High Pole Club the premier pole fitness studio in the state!

  Carly, Lead Instructor

  Carly joined the MHPC team last year, and quickly became addicted to pole and chair workouts. Carly has an abundance of vibrant energy that she passes on to her students in her pole, chair and ZUMBA classes. Her profession as a teacher enables her to structure our pole curriculum as our lead instructor, providing our students with a clear path of progression!

  Aziza

  Aziza of Las Vegas has been teaching and dancing professionally for over 20 years and has studied under some of the most accomplished teachers and performers such as Fahtiem, Sahra, Aziza S'aid, Zahra, Eva, and Delena. Her earliest foundation came from mentor and friend, Marliza. Aziza's venues have been in the best hotels and shows in Las Vegas and now come to share the love of the dance with you.
