Lap Dance Workshops in February!

Want to do something special for Valentine's Day this year? Then come learn a choreographed lap dance! Workshops are on Saturday, Feb 4th and Feb 11th from 2:30 to 5:30 pm. The first workshop will be to Feelin' Love by Paula Cole, and the second workshop is to Pour Some Sugar on Me by Def Leppard. Workshops are $45 per person or $20 for members. This is your time to practice! Pole Play sessions are only $5, and FREE for our members!

YES We Have COED Classes!!

Our Wednesday, 7:30 pm class is a COED Pole Trix & Play class! Think you got some mad skills, guys? Let's see it on the pole! Our Yoga classes are also COED.

New to Pole? Register for the Pole Introduction Workshop!

This 90 minute workshop is for students who have never taken pole classes before. Learn basic strengthening moves, fundamental body form and beginner moves and transistions and incorporate them into a class routine! The workshop is $25 or 2 students for $40, and pre-registration is required. After completing the workshop, students will be eligible to attend the Pole Divas classes. Students who wish to take the workshop more than once will receive a discount after the first attendance.
